45-minute active assisted stretch session for individuals who want a full-body stretch or extra time spent on a focused areas.

EXPRESS STRETCH
MEMBERS: $35
NON-MEMBERS: $40

20-min active assisted stretch session for individuals who want to focus on either upper body or lower extremities.
