Even if a service is not included in your selected wellness plan, all members receive discounted pricing for all other services available at UPGRADE.
There are no long-term commitments or initiation fees. There is a 2-month minimum required for all wellness plan memberships. All members will need to complete a New Patient Exam, prior to initiating any wellness plan membership, to evaluate the patient's physical condition and to determine an accurate individualized treatment plan. There is a charge for a physical examination. Chiropractic credits expire 31 days after accrual and massage credits expire 62 days after accrual.
